Real estate sales agents earned a U.S. median of $52,830 in May 2025, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. District of Columbia had the highest state median ($123,770) and Arkansas the lowest ($38,180). BLS did not release a median for Iowa, Massachusetts, Vermont, shown as n/a.
