Top real estate teams

The mega-teams and boutique groups that have turned a lead agent's name into a production machine — pooling listing power, marketing budget and support staff to close at a scale no single agent can match. From coast to coast, these are the groups setting the records. Figures below are illustrative.

How we rank

What separates a top team

Teams are ranked on the same production spine as individual agents — closed volume first, transaction sides second — but two factors matter more at the group level. The first is depth: a team's ability to run many listings at once without a drop in service. The second is durability: whether production holds when the lead agent steps back. The illustrative order above weights combined annual volume most heavily, then side count, then market share in the team's home territory. For the full framework, see the agent ranking methodology.

Common questions
What counts as a "team" here?
A named group of agents operating under a shared brand and a lead producer, pooling listings, marketing and support staff. That distinguishes a team from an individual agent (see the agents directory) and from a full brokerage (see brokerages).
Are the volume and side figures real?
No. The teams, brokerages and markets are real and publicly known, but every figure and rank is illustrative and must be independently verified. For verified numbers, consult published sources such as RealTrends or the teams' own brokerages.
How do I build a team that ranks?
Systems, a recognizable brand and marketing that scales beyond one person. WealthyBud builds the websites and reporting tools top teams run on. Get started to see how.
